1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 14 calendar days of receipt if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase, such as order confirmation or receipt, is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following are non-returnable:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged due to customer misuse.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at shop@purelinen.shop.
- Provide photographic evidence of the defect or error.
- We will arrange for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
- Return shipping costs will be covered by PureLinen.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email shop@purelinen.shop with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
- We will provide instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- For returns due to defects or errors, PureLinen covers shipping.
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. You will receive confirmation via email once the refund is issued.
7. Exchanges
PureLinen does not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
