At PureLinen, we want you to love every piece you purchase. However, if your experience is not perfect, our Refund Policy is designed to provide clear and fair guidelines for returning products and obtaining refunds.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • The item is defective or damaged due to manufacturing or shipping.
  • The wrong item was sent or the product received is materially different from the description.

Refund requests must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, contact us at shop@purelinen.shop with:

  • Your order number.
  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Photos showing defects or errors, if applicable.

We will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

3. Return Requirements

  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Return shipping is paid by PureLinen for defective or incorrect items; for other reasons, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive confirmation when the refund is completed.

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered for items with minor wear or missing components, at our discretion.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or wear.

7. Change of Mind Refunds

If you return an eligible item due to change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds exclude original shipping fees.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us at shop@purelinen.shop.
